This dress is adorable for date night, the top material is more like dress clothes and covers just below your bottom/crotch - the skirt portion is so cute, shouldn't blow much in the wind or show anything.

Comfy and cute

It's super cute but the middle could be cinched a bit more. I bet I can fix it with a safety pin trick but I wore it anyways. It didn't look too dressy and it didn't look too work-like. It was really comfortable and can be dressed up or down with different shoes.
